Oddball's past-performance and proposal library: one record per contract Oddball and Oddcore have delivered, with contract facts (value, vehicle, period of performance, status, staffing), scope of work, CPAR and QASP performance narratives, customer quotes and proof points — plus canonical write-ups by capability area and the corporate profile. Use this for what we have done for a customer, what a contract is worth or when it ends, and for sourced evidence to support a claim in a bid.

Administering who at Oddball may use which internal app, and with what permissions: who currently holds access to an app, what can be granted, and granting or revoking it. Only the people who administer an app can see or use this; for everyone else it is not there.

What a client actually sees

2 tools, and this list does not grow when an MCP is registered — that is what stops connected clients going stale. A downstream's own tools are never in this list: the model calls get_oddball_mcps to see the MCPs it is allowed to reach and what each offers, then invoke_tool to run one.
